Our goal here at Heidi is to improve the quality of life of every healthcare provider, while giving them easy and affordable access to tools such as our AI Scribe. We want to improve health equity and we've chosen to make our core functions free forever, so that clinicians can reap the benefits of having an AI Scribe by their side.

In the free tier, you'll get features that other competitors charge hefty prices for (transcription, dictation, note generation). We also dont have any usage limits on our free tier. If basic scribing is enough for you, you can have it free forever.

We offer Heidi Pro (our paid plan) for our users who love the additional features we offer, and want to take their workflow that extra mile. Heidi's core function of generating notes remains free, as many users find that note generation is all they need, while some other users love the extra features we offer (such as Ask AI) and can't go without it!

Our free version lets you generate unlimited consult notes forever. Free users get 10 AI prompts / template generations, as well as standard processing.

• Heidi Free: Unlimited notes, custom templates, 10 x AI prompts and three ‘long consults’ per month - once users max out their monthly usage their notes will generate slower (longer processing time).
• Heidi Pro: Unlimited notes, unlimited dictation, priority processing, unlimited AI document generation, priority customer support.

We usually only charge by FTE (Full Time Equivalent) through a once-off annual contract for a clinic. You won’t be charged anything additional and you can have as many doctors as desired using it over the year. We refresh each year based on FTEs.
